From concept to completion I assist in prioritizing and working on all aspects of planning, development, and on-site execution of events and conferences. I work with your team to assist with the procurement of the venue, contract, and vendors.

Responsibilities are detailed below but include research/recommend event sites; including off-site venues, vendor and contract negotiations, organize site inspection visits, monitor timelines and communications, manage flight manifests for ground transportation assistance, maintain event databases for ground, hotel, décor, speakers, lighting and audio visual and food and beverage. Assist in the design development, coordination of the on-site program management and review and reconcile all program expenses/budget.

I assist busy meeting planners with site selection and contract negotiations with hotels & resorts around the country. Once given the specifications and desired destination we can have proposals on your desk usually within 24-48 hours and present the hotels that accurately fit your specifications.
