To Whom It May Concern:

In my capacity as Marketing Programs Manager with Provia Software I am always seeking out new and exceptional destinations to hold Provia’s annual User Conference.  Because of this, it was my good fortune to meet Marcelle McCullough.

Marcelle listened to our needs, made recommendations based on those needs, and helped narrow the choices.  Site inspections were set up quickly and easily, and Marcelle had me in the air in no time, on my way to see and experience the locales selected.  She even went so far as to travel from California to Florida to personally meet me at the airport and drive me to the sites.  Her level of customer service and attention to detail are unmatched.  

Once at the sites I found everything just as Marcelle said it would be, with no surprises.  As we met with the sales representatives at each property, Marcelle’s insight was invaluable.  She often thought to ask questions that were

important, but likely would not have entered my mind.  

Upon selecting the site, Marcelle went to work tenaciously negotiating our contract.  Because of her extensive industry knowledge, she was able to ask for and get several attractive additions, such as complimentary wine & cheese receptions and an increased number of suite upgrades.

Our program is to take place in three weeks and Marcelle continues to be of assistance on an almost daily basis.  Because she is so well connected in the industry, I need only call her and she is able to address whatever need arises.  If Marcelle is working on it, I can just forget about it. 

I am already looking forward to working with her on our next program, and would heartily recommend Marcelle McCullough to anyone.
